§ 146-550. Permit validity.

A sidewalk use permit for a public transit shelter is valid as long as all structural elements are maintained in a safe and structurally sound condition life of the structure; a new permit shall be required for permanent removal or replacement of structure. Removal and/or replacement of a damaged shelter structure is not required, except as otherwise provided by law.
