§ 146-285. Penalty.
Latest version.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine of not more than $25.00 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both, for each violation at the discretion of the court having jurisdiction. Each day's violation or failure to comply with the provisions of this article shall constitute a separate offense thereunder.
