The historical pharmacy museum advisory committee shall monitor the preservation,
collection, display, and maintenance of the New Orleans Pharmacy Museum, its relics,
documents, materials, and methods of both ancient and modern pharmacy; shall receive
reports on museum operations from the government department or contracted party responsible
for its management; and shall make appropriate recommendations to the managing authority,
the city council.
