§ 146-245. Impoundment authorized.

If the owner, lessee or operator fails to remove a newsbox or newsstand to which a notice has been affixed and has failed to file a written request for a hearing within the time stated in the notice, the enforcement agency may remove and impound the newsbox or newsstand and cause it thereafter to be disposed of in the manner providing for disposition of signs in section 134-122(b).
