§ 146-187. Material used in curbing, etc., to be that generally used in block.

When part of a block is without curbing, guttering or counter curbing or where they require removal in the judgment of the director of the department of public works, the required new curbing, guttering and counter curbing shall be constructed of such material as is generally used in such block.
