§ 146-144. Improper installation.

Any sidewalk or driveway installed in deviation of the approved permit shall be removed and restored to the approved specifications at the cost of the property owner. Any driveway installed without a permit shall be removed at the cost of the property owner unless retention is expressly authorized by the director of the department of public works. Sidewalks installed without a permit shall be removed at the cost of the property owner unless retention is expressly authorized by the director of the department of public works.
