§ 146-108. Nonrefundable permit application fees.

For all permits issued by the department of public works for Mardi Gras, dumpsters, vendor zones, street closures, driveway and/or curb cuts, oversize vehicles, construction zones and for all other permits as designated by the director of the department, a permit application fee of $40.00 will be charged, except as provided in section 146-583. Application fees shall be nonrefundable and shall not be waived.
