Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 146-1. Official lines and levels required.

It shall be unlawful, under a penalty of $50.00 for each and every offense, for any person to lay any sidewalk, street, railroad or other improvement upon the streets, sidewalks, public ways or grounds of the city until the lines and levels thereof shall have been approved by the department of streets.
