§ 134-3. Chapter provisions complementary.

The requirements to do or not do anything imposed by this chapter shall be in addition to any other requirements imposed by this Code or any other applicable law, except that where any other law provides a more restrictive requirement on the same subject matter, the more restrictive requirement shall supersede the less restrictive requirement of this chapter.
