§ 130-138. Location restrictions.

No junkyard or any establishment for the storing, processing, purchase or sale of scrap iron, paper, rags, bottles or any other junk or salvage materials, shall be located or operated upon a plot of ground facing upon a U.S. Highway, or within 500 feet thereof, and within 100 yards of any school, either public or private, elementary or high, college, university, convent, seminary, playground, asylum or orphanage.
