§ 130-70. Retention of purchases.

It shall be unlawful for the permittee to sell, exchange, barter, remove from their place of business or permit to be redeemed any precious or semiprecious metals or stones that have been brought, exchanged, pledged, or deposited by, to or with them from a seller for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
