§ 126-31. Payments to school board in lieu of taxes for housing authority.

There shall be paid annually from the general fund of the city to the parish school board such amount as would represent the proportionate share of the parish school board of payments in lieu of taxes made by the housing authority to the city. This payment to the parish school board shall be made annually by and not later than July 1 of every calendar year.
