§ 122-180. Department of health to enforce; inspections.

The department of health shall enforce the provisions of section 122-179 and prosecute all persons charged with violating them and to that end its officers, members, agents, employees, inspectors and appointees shall have the right to enter any premise or place or any car, conveyance or other vehicle in the city for the purpose of inspection for violation hereof.
