§ 122-131. Nonliability of city.

The city shall not be liable or responsible for any damages resulting from any disturbance or obstacle in the use or location of switch tracks from any cause whatsoever. The city shall be indemnified by the grantee of any such switch track for any personal or property damage to itself or others, or to the public which may result from the negligent use, location or unsafe condition of such utilities or the operation thereof.
