§ 122-94. Obstruction of tracks or other interference with railroad.

It shall not be lawful for any person to place any obstruction on the track of any railroad located or running in or through the city or unnecessarily to interfere with or obstruct the free passage of any car or to endanger the safety of any car or any person in any car running in or through the city.
