§ 122-91. Authority over grade separation overpasses and underpasses.

The director of the department of streets shall administer the maintenance and operation of grade separation overpasses and underpasses, except underpass drainage facilities, insofar as the interests of the city are concerned. The sewerage and water board shall administer the maintenance and operation of the drainage facilities of grade separation underpasses.
