§ 122-9. Playing of audio, video equipment on public transit vehicles prohibited.

Playing of radio receivers, or other audio or video equipment, except when used with an earphone attachment audible only to the person using the attachment, on any public transit vehicle is prohibited. Any driver of a public transit vehicle who permits such an offense shall be equally guilty of that offense under this section. Any violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor.
