§ 122-12. Impeding public transit operations prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to impede public transit operations by creating a public nuisance; cause a distraction to the driver of any public transit vehicle, making it unsafe for the driver to operate the vehicle; damage transit property; or abuse the public transit vehicle driver or passengers. Any violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor.
