§ 118-41. Duties and powers generally.

The planning commission shall have and exercise all powers and privileges and shall perform its duties, including the control and approval of subdivision plats, as provided for in R.S. 33:101—33:119 or as they may be from time to time amended and shall also have and exercise such other powers and duties as may from time to time be conferred by or imposed upon it by law, and especially including Act 498 of 1966, of the Louisiana Legislature.
