§ 114-314. Advances for 1955 for nonmembers of retirement system.

The director of the department of finance or other authorized fiscal officer of the city is hereby authorized to advance the necessary funds to cover the social security employee contribution for the year 1955 for those employees of the city who are not members of the city employees' retirement system.
