§ 114-39. Health care insurance for city employees.

The city shall in any self-insurance health care programs for city employees, provide for a conversion privilege for health care coverage without evidence of insurability following the termination or retirement from city employment of an employee covered under the city health care program, such conversion privilege to be an option of the former employee at the former employee's expense.
