§ 110-209. Fines and forfeitures—Process and procedure.

(a)

Any violation of any applicable provision of this chapter may be grounds for revocation of any permit issued under this division and shall be an infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.00 per violation.

(b)

Violations of the provisions of this division shall be brought by the appropriate department or agency to administrative adjudication as provided in Chapter 6 of the Code of the City of New Orleans, or to municipal court.
