§ 110-206. Permit fees.

  • There shall be an initial permit application fee of $50.00, which shall be submitted to the department of finance along with the permit application to defray the cost of processing. Upon permit issuance, there shall be an additional $200.00 permit fee, which shall be renewed annually, to reasonably compensate the city for the cost of the restricted use of the public right-of-way. Payment shall be by check or money order payable to the city.
