§ 110-204. Permit required and authorization.

Every person, whether natural or juridical, who desires to use the public right-of-way or public places to conduct any of the businesses or callings hereinafter set forth, shall first apply for and be granted a mobile ice cream vending permit from the department of finance as provided in this division.
