§ 110-196. Franchise required and authorized.

Every person, whether natural or juridical, who desires to use the public right-of-way or public places to conduct any of the businesses or callings hereinafter set forth, shall first apply for and be granted a stationary vending franchise ordinance from the city council as provided in this division.
