§ 110-164. Revocation of permit.

The department of finance is authorized to revoke the permit of any cut flower vendor that has been shown to be a habitual or frequent violator of the rules and regulations set forth in this division, upon giving written notice to permittee at the address on the application for the permit and allowing the permittee to file a written request with the department of finance for a hearing to appeal the revocation, which shall be filed within five days from the date appearing on the notice of revocation. The hearing shall be held before the director of the department of finance and/or his designated representatives.
