§ 10-570. Seizure of vehicle used in transportation.

Any automobile, truck, boat, conveyance, vehicle or other means of transportation, other than a common carrier, caught or detected transporting any of the articles taxed by this chapter, without the proper permit or the required tax having been paid may be seized by the department of finance in order to secure it as evidence in a trial brought under this chapter.
