§ 10-566. Authority to search for violations.

The department of safety and permits may search and examine any warehouse, boat, store, storeroom, automobile, truck, conveyance, vehicle or other place of storage, except a private residence which may be searched only in the manner provided for by law, and any means of transportation, whenever there is probable cause to believe that the terms of this chapter have been or are being violated.
