§ 10-426. Prohibited use of federal food stamps coupons as payment for alcoholic beverages and/or tobacco products.

It shall be unlawful for any person holding an alcoholic beverage permit or any servant, agent or employee of such a permittee, to accept food coupons distributed by the United States Department of Agriculture as payment for alcoholic beverages and/or tobacco products.
