§ 10-160. Fines and penalties.

As an alternative to the suspension or revocation of alcoholic beverage permits, the alcoholic beverage control board may impose one or more of the following sanctions:

(1)

A fine of no less than $50.00 and no more than $500.00.

(2)

Limitation on operating hours and/or live entertainment.

(3)

Posting of security guard on premises.

(4)

Litter abatement program, including regular sweeping and trash pickup.

(5)

Provision of additional off-street parking spaces.

(6)

Soundproofing measures.

(7)

Bond for payment of fines and/or fees.
