§ 10-156. Procedures for investigation, revocation, suspension, and for imposition of remedial sanctions.

The procedures governing the investigation of alcoholic beverage permit holders, and the revocation or suspension of alcoholic beverage permits, and the imposition of remedial sanctions are contained in this division.
