§ 10-51. Retail sale of sacramental wines by religious supply houses.
(a)
Those licensed religious supply houses engaging in the sale of sacramental wines to any priest, minister, rabbi or other clergyman for use in the regular course of their religious duties shall not be required to pay the city retail alcoholic beverage permit fee. Such licensed religious supply house shall sell only those wines that are originally labelled "Sacramental Wine" and such stock and display of these wines shall not exceed ten percent of all display area.
(b)
The knowing sale by any religious supply house that is permitted under the provisions of this section of any sacramental wine to any person other than a priest, minister, rabbi or other clergyman for use in the regular course of their religious duty shall be grounds for the revocation of any permit granted under this article.
