§ 106-264. Assignment of supreme court room to historical society.

  • The supreme court room in the Cabildo, with the Chartres Street front, shall be assigned to the exclusive use of the Louisiana Historical Society so long as it performs the objects and purposes for which it was created by Act No. 6 of 1860, and Act No. 108, extra session of 1877. But should the Louisiana Historical Society cease to exist, the use of the supreme court room shall be determined by the board of curators of the state museum.
