§ 106-263. Cabildo, transferred to curators of state museum.

The Cabildo fronting on Jackson Square in the city has been transferred to the board of curators of the state museum and dedicated in perpetuity for museum purposes; provided, however, that such dedication shall lapse if the curators shall fail to discharge the duties imposed on them by law.
