§ 106-263. Cabildo, transferred to curators of state museum.

  • The Cabildo fronting on Jackson Square in the city has been transferred to the board of curators of the state museum and dedicated in perpetuity for museum purposes; provided, however, that such dedication shall lapse if the curators shall fail to discharge the duties imposed on them by law.
