§ 106-141. Officials not to have interest in contracts.

The director, members of the advisory committee and employees of the department of recreation or any of them shall not directly or indirectly in any way have a beneficial interest in any contract or work of any kind whatsoever connected with the activities of the department. Any violation of this section shall be punished as is provided by law for public contract fraud. Additionally, any one convicted of this offense shall be dismissed from the department.
